Cultural identity in New Zealand's most popular app

Cultural identity is an essential contributor to our wellbeing. Identifying with the New Zealand culture helps us Kiwis feel we belong and gives us a sense of security and pride. The talk covers the obstacles we had to overcome in order to go from having an English-only, common-looking ecommerce app, to having a multi-lingual app that Kiwis can use to learn the language of our ancestors while "taking care of business".
